1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the View360 website, services, Smart Websites, or Smart CRM platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by View360 LLC, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
2. Description of Service
View360 provides AI-powered websites, custom lead capture tools, Smart CRM automation, Google Business Profile setups, and local marketing infrastructure for small and local service businesses. We also build and operate EngageAgents, our automated growth suite.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Services may be offered on a project-based, one-time fee or recurring monthly subscription model as outlined in your specific agreement or invoice. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled in accordance with your account terms. Setup and custom web build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Acceptable Use & Messaging
You agree to use View360 tools lawfully and in accordance with all applicable marketing, anti-spam, and privacy regulations. You represent that all contact details provided to View360 or ingested into Smart CRM tools have been obtained with proper consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, View360 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to View360 in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
